Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Introduction

Welcome to 77sb. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77sb ("77sb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://77sb.io (the "Platform").

By accessing any part of the 77sb Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or logging in via the 77sb Login page, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with the 77sb Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 77sb Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are aged 21 years or older. 77sb enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+. Players who are under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any bonus on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location before using the Platform.
• You are not currently self-excluded from the 77sb Platform or subject to a suspension imposed by 77sb.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 77sb or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

3 Account Registration

To access betting, gaming, and financial services on the 77sb Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 77sb account at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether registered in your own name or under any other name or identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination. 77sb is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information supplied by the player, including failed withdrawals directed to an incorrectly registered mobile wallet number.

3.3 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address changes, you must update your account profile promptly via account settings or by contacting 77sb live chat support. 77sb will use your registered contact details for all account-related communications, bonus notifications, and withdrawal confirmations.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

77sb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its obligations as a responsible online gaming operator. KYC verification may be required at registration, before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, following unusual account activity, or at any other time at 77sb's discretion.

4.1 Acceptable Verification Documents

77sb accepts the following documents as part of the identity verification process:

• National ID Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh passport (biographical data page)
• Bangladesh driving licence (front and back)
• Proof of address: recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing full name and Bangladesh address
• Payment method verification: screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name

4.2 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the timeframe requested by 77sb, the account will be restricted to deposit-only access (no withdrawals) until verification is complete. Accounts that remain unverified for 30 days following a KYC request may be suspended. Deposited funds held in a suspended unverified account will be managed in accordance with 77sb's dormant account policy.

5 Deposits

77sb accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your 77sb account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
• Deposits are credited to your 77sb wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) hours to appear in your account balance.
• 77sb does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are the player's responsibility.
• 77sb reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the player's own name.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where possible, subject to the method's payout capability. All withdrawals are paid in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

6.1 Processing Times

• bKash and Nagad: Processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays.
• Rocket and Upay: Processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami, Sonali): Processed within 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh banking hours.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum of one (1) deposit must have been made and processed before a withdrawal can be requested.
• The player's KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirement must be met in full before the bonus amount (and winnings generated from bonus play) can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited separately from bonus credit are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard processing.
• 77sb reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the player's own legal name will not be processed and will be returned to the player's 77sb wallet balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

77sb offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to a 200% welcome bonus on first deposit (up to ৳20,000), weekly cashback on live casino losses, reload bonuses, and tournament-specific betting credit promotions during BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL seasons.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions detailed in the individual promotion terms. These are published in English in the 77sb Promotions section and are updated periodically.
• Each eligible player may claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and held in a separate bonus balance within your 77sb wallet. Bonus funds are used after your real-money balance reaches zero, unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise.
• 77sb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect the wagering progress of a bonus already in active play by a player.
• Where 77sb has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players is abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated wagering, matched betting with other players, use of multiple accounts, or manipulation of wagering requirements — 77sb may void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and restrict future bonus eligibility for the affected accounts.

7.2 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

The 77sb 200% welcome bonus applies to a player's first deposit only. The maximum bonus amount is ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon deposit confirmation — no bonus code is required. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from welcome bonus eligibility — current exclusions are listed on the promotion terms page.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 77sb Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 77sb does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except where an obvious platform error has occurred (see Section 13).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip or game interface before confirmation.
• 77sb reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or winnings available to any individual player without providing a reason, where 77sb reasonably considers such a limit necessary for commercial or risk management purposes.
• In the event of a void bet (match abandonment, event cancellation, technical failure), stakes are returned to the player's BDT wallet in full.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension remain valid. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined — due to data latency or transmission delay — may be voided at 77sb's discretion.
• 77sb uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all virtual and slot games, audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77sb Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion:

• Registering or operating more than one 77sb account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or synthetic identities.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own legal name.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing mistake, or technical vulnerability on the Platform, whether intentionally or through repeated opportunistic behaviour after the first occurrence.
• Using automated betting software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or coordinated play across multiple accounts for the purpose of extracting bonus value with minimal risk.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.
• Sharing account credentials with other persons, allowing a third party to operate your account, or playing on behalf of another person.
• Any form of collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or tournament formats.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77sb staff via live chat or any other communication channel.

10 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77sb login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP verification codes sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number.

• 77sb will never ask for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, telephone, or social media. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 77sb support immediately.
• You must notify 77sb immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 77sb will assist in securing the account and investigating any unauthorised activity.
• Any activity conducted through a logged-in session — whether or not it was authorised by you — is treated as your responsibility unless you have notified 77sb of suspected unauthorised access before the activity occurred.
• 77sb recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling all available login security features from your account settings dashboard.
• All connections to 77sb are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. However, 77sb cannot be held responsible for security breaches arising from the player's own device, network, or failure to maintain secure login practices.

11 Privacy & Data

77sb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By creating a 77sb account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected at registration — including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and the delivery of platform services and communications. 77sb does not sell personal data to third parties.

77sb may share data with third-party service providers (payment processors, game providers, identity verification services) where necessary to deliver platform functionality, subject to contractual data protection obligations. 12 Responsible Gaming

77sb is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict your access to the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from all 77sb marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77sb's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77sb shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption of service arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside 77sb's reasonable control (including network outages affecting Bangladesh internet connectivity, payment provider downtime, or natural disasters).
• Any loss resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Pricing errors in betting markets caused by data feed failures, where such errors were not intentionally exploited by the player — in these cases the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Any action taken by a player in reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the player themselves at registration.

14 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 77sb account at any time by contacting live chat support and requesting account closure. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

14.2 Termination by 77sb

77sb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false information at any stage; the player's account activity suggests fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; regulatory or legal requirements require account restriction; or 77sb, at its sole discretion, determines that continued operation of the account represents an unacceptable commercial or reputational risk.

In cases of termination by 77sb for breach, all balances — including real-money deposits, bonus credit, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at 77sb's discretion. 77sb will provide a written explanation via the player's registered email address within seven (7) business days of account closure where the closure was initiated by 77sb.

15 Amendments to These Terms

77sb reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, bonus structures, payment conditions, or account eligibility — 77sb will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address on file and via an in-platform notification displayed upon the next 77sb login.

Continued use of the 77sb Platform after the notified effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://77sb.io/terms-conditions, with the effective date and last review date displayed in the hero section of this page.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of English-language legal drafting. 77sb operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no specific claims regarding the regulatory status of online gaming in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 77sb, the player should first contact 77sb's customer support team via live chat. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English, with proceedings to be held remotely. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction. 77sb does not seek to exclude consumer protections that cannot be excluded by contract .
